What Handigo does
Customers post service requests with a budget, deadline, urgency, and job location. Eligible technicians can discover the request and send an offer.
Once an offer is accepted, both sides can message, follow job progress, confirm completion, and ask an admin to review a dispute. After recorded completion, the customer can rate the assigned professional once.
Handigo does not process payment. Customers and technicians agree on payment arrangements directly and should never share sensitive financial credentials in chat.
