How do I hire a technician?
Create a customer account, post a detailed service request, compare bids, and accept the offer that fits your needs. Accepting a bid creates the job contract and conversation.
Does Handigo collect payment?
No. Handigo does not process or hold payments. Agree on timing and method directly with the other participant, and keep a written record of the agreement.
How is a job completed?
The assigned technician requests completion. The customer checks the work and either confirms completion or sends it back for more work.
How do disputes work?
A customer or assigned technician can open one dispute for an active job, or within seven days after completion. An admin reviews it and records a final decision visible to both participants.
How do I become a verified technician?
Complete your technician profile and submit the requested documents. An admin can approve the submission or explain what needs to be corrected.
What should never be shared in chat?
Do not share passwords, one-time codes, card details, bank login information, or copies of documents unrelated to the job.
