Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the rules for using Handigo as a customer, technician, or visitor. Effective September 13, 2026.

1. Using Handigo

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.

We may suspend or deactivate accounts involved in fraud, harassment, unsafe conduct, repeated non-performance, or material violations of these terms.

2. Marketplace role

Handigo provides tools for customers and independent technicians to find each other, exchange offers, communicate, record an agreement, and track completion. Technicians are independent service providers and are not Handigo employees or agents.

Handigo does not guarantee that a request will receive a bid, that a technician is suitable for every task, or that work will meet a participant’s expectations.

3. Jobs, bids, and contracts

Customers should describe the work accurately. Technicians should bid only when qualified and available. Accepting a bid creates a job record containing the scope, agreed amount, and participants.

Changes to scope, price, materials, access, or timing should be recorded in the conversation. A technician requests completion and the customer confirms it after inspecting the work.

4. Payments

Handigo does not process, hold, guarantee, or refund payments. Customers and technicians arrange payment directly and are responsible for invoices, taxes, refunds, and compliance with applicable law. Never share card PINs, passwords, one-time codes, or bank login credentials.

5. Verification and reviews

Verification indicates that submitted information passed the checks performed at review time. It is not a warranty of identity, licensing, insurance, workmanship, or future conduct. Reviews must reflect a real Handigo job and may not contain threats, private data, or misleading claims.

6. Disputes

A job participant may open one dispute while a job is active or within seven days after recorded completion. Handigo may review the job record and information provided by both sides. An admin decision is an account and marketplace determination; it does not replace rights available under applicable law.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Handigo to break the law, misrepresent qualifications, impersonate another person, scrape user data, distribute malware, evade account restrictions, harass others, or move unsafe or prohibited work through the platform.

8. Content and availability

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Handigo permission to host and display it as needed to operate the service. The platform may occasionally be unavailable, and features may change as the service develops.

9. Liability and contact

To the extent allowed by law, Handigo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from interactions between marketplace participants. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions may be sent to support@handigo.pk.
